Welcome to the Town of Goshen Environmental Review Board. The Environmental Review Board advises the Planning Board and other agencies of the Town on matters affecting the preservation, development and use of the natural and man-made features and conditions of the Town insofar as quality, biological integrity, beauty and other environmental factors are concerned.
